Instructor - adult education (remote)

Northwind Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
