Instructor - adult education (remote)

Silverline Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
