Instructor - adult education (remote)

Redstone Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jacksonville region, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
