Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
