Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Auto Group is a Madison company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
