Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 487 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
