Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
