Instructor - adult education (remote)

Redstone Haven Medical is a Spokane company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
