Instructor - adult education (remote)

Cedar Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Nashville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
