Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Madison region, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
