Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Spokane with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
