Instructor - adult education (remote)

Harborlight Field Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
