Instructor - adult education (remote)

Fernwood Cobalt Staffing is a Spokane staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
