Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Health provides primary and specialty care in Boston, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
