What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
