Instructor - adult education (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
