Instructor - adult education (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
