Instructor - adult education (remote)

Clearpath Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
