Instructor - adult education (remote)

Summit Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Denver, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
