Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
