Instructor - adult education (remote)

Foxglove Harbor Health is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
