Instructor - adult education (remote)

Ironwood Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
