Instructor - adult education (remote)

Amberfield Vista Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
