Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Des Moines region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
