Instructor - adult education (remote)

Summit Bright Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
