Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
