Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Raleigh, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
