Instructor - adult education (remote)

Nova Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Knoxville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
