Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bright Loom Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
