Instructor - adult education (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Care Services supports families and individuals in Las Vegas with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
