Instructor - adult education (remote)

Silverline Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Little Rock with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
