Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
