Instructor - adult education (remote)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
