Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
