Instructor - adult education (remote)

Fernwood Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Richmond region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
