Instructor - adult education (remote)

Lumen Union Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
