Instructor - adult education (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
