Instructor - adult education (remote)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group is a Milwaukee staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
