Instructor - adult education (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Pike Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
