Instructor - adult education (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Juniper Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
