Instructor - adult education (Providence, RI)

Summit Amber Staffing places workers with employers around Providence. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
