Instructor - adult education (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
