Instructor - adult education (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Lantern Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
