Instructor - adult education (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
