Instructor - adult education (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
