Instructor - adult education (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
