Instructor - adult education (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
