Instructor - adult education (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Omaha, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
