Instructor - adult education (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
