Instructor - adult education (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Ventures designs and makes medical devices in New Orleans, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
